How to track balance?

Track balance on Nami App

After logging in to Nami App, users follow these steps:

Step 1: Select the “Wallet” icon in the lower right corner of the screen:

Step 2: Users can check the balance of Wallet Exchange and Wallet Futures

Note: Users can choose the “Hide small balance” function to hide the odd tokens in the wallet.

Track balance on website

After logging in to Nami Exchange website, users follow these steps:

Step 1: Select “Wallet” in the upper right corner of the screen:

Step 2: Select “Wallet Exchange” or “Wallet Futures” to check the balance.

Note: The Overview feature gives users a total view about the portfolio but not specific.

How to track deposit/withdrawal history?

Track deposit/withdrawal history on Nami App

After logging in to Nami Exchange app, users follow these steps

Step 1: Select “Wallet” in the lower right corner of the screen

Step 2: Click on any token of the list in the below picture. Nami gives an example of a VNDC wallet.

Step 3: Select the "History" icon in the upper right corner of the screen

Check the history by 5 options:

  1. Deposit: On-chain and off-chain deposit history of all tokens.
  2. Withdraw: On-chain and off-chain withdrawal history of all tokens.
  3. Transfer: Transfer history from Exchange wallet to Futures wallet and vice versa.
  4. Fiat: Buy/sell via partner history.
  5. Convert: History of small balance conversion to NAMI token.

Note: Click on a specific transaction to check detailed information, such as: TxID (transaction hash), deposit address, transaction type (on-chain/off-chain),...

After logging in to Nami Exchange website, users follow these steps:

Step 1: Select “Wallet” in the upper right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Select “Wallet Exchange”.

Step 3: Select “Deposit” or “Withdraw” to check the history:

How to track transaction history?

Track transaction history on Nami App

Exchange (Spot) transaction history

After logging in to Nami Exchange app, users follow these steps:

Step 1: Select “Exchange” at the bottom of the screen:

Step 2: At the Exchange interface, select the "History" icon shown in the illustration

Step 3: Check Exchange transaction history by 3 options:

  1. Open orders: Limit buy/sell pending orders.
  2. Order history: History of matched or canceled Limit buy/sell orders.
  3. Transaction history: History of Market buy/sell orders.

Futures transaction history

Step 1: Select “Futures” at the bottom of the screen

Step 2: At the Futures interface, swipe the screen from the bottom up:

Step 3: Check the transaction history by 2 options:

  1. Opening Orders: Pending Buy/Sell Limit/Stop Orders and Open Orders.
  2. History: History of closed orders/canceled orders.

Exchange (Spot) transaction history

After logging in to Nami app, users follow these steps

Step 1: Select “Product” on the toolbar then choose “Spot Trading

Step 2: At the trading interface, scroll up to go to the History section.

Step 3: Check Exchange transaction history by 4 options:

  1. Open Orders: Limit buy/sell pending orders.
  2. Order History: History of matched/canceled Limit buy/sell orders.
  3. Trade History: History of Market buy/sell orders.
  4. Funds: Asset overview about token: Name/Total/Available/In Order.

Futures transaction history

Step 1: Select “Product” on the toolbar then choose “Futures

Step 2: Check Futures transaction history by 2 options:

  1. Opening: Pending buy/sell Limit/Stop orders and Open orders.
  2. History: History of closed orders/canceled orders.
